WIN YOUR WEDDING AT TUTBURY CASTLE

1. Promoter

The competition is organised and administered by The Wedding Assembly, referred to here as “the Promoter”. Tutbury Castle Wedding Fair will hereby be referred to as “the event”.

2. Eligibility

• The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
• Entrants must be engaged and planning a wedding.
• Entrants must be in attendance of the wedding fair and be present when the winner is announced at the end of the event.
• Employees of the Promoter, Bespoke Inns, associated suppliers, and their immediate families are not eligible.
• Only one entry per couple is permitted unless otherwise stated.

3. How to Enter

• Entry is made by completing an online form and following both the Promoter and Tutbury Castle Weddings on Instagram.
• No purchase is necessary to enter.
• Entries submitted after the closing date and time will not be counted (13th September 2026 14:30).
• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete, lost, or technical‑failure entries.

4. Competition Dates

• The competition opens on 18/08/2026 and closes at 13/09/2026 at 14:30.
• The winner will be selected at random at the end of the event and notified there and then.

5. Prize Details

The prize consists of a wedding at Tutbury Castle, including:

Not included: bar services, registrar fees, accommodation, transport, additional décor, upgrades, or any supplier costs not explicitly listed above.

6. Winner Selection

• The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.
• The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The winner must be in attendance at the event and will be notified on the day via the PA system, followed up by a text reminder. If the winner does not respond within 10 minutes, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Conditions of the Prize

• The prize is non‑transferable, non‑exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Any additional services requested by the winner must be paid for at the standard rates.
• The winner agrees to comply with all venue rules, supplier terms, and health & safety requirements.

8. Publicity & Content Use

• By entering, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity, including photography and videography on the wedding day.
• The Promoter, Tutbury Castle and associated suppliers may use images and content for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes.
• No commercially sensitive or private information will be shared without consent.

9. Cancellation & Changes

• If the winner cancels their wedding, the prize is forfeited.
• If the venue becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, a suitable alternative date or venue may be offered at the Promoter’s discretion.
• The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition if necessary.

10. Data Protection

• Personal data will be processed in accordance with GDPR and will only be used for administering the competition unless the entrant opts in to marketing communications.
• Data will not be shared with third parties except where required to fulfil the prize.

11. Liability

• The Promoter accepts no liability for personal loss, injury, or damage arising from participation in the competition or acceptance of the prize, except where caused by negligence.
• The winner is responsible for arranging their own wedding insurance if desired.

By entering the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
