FLOUR + BLUSH

Flour & Blush (formerly Cakes By Rhiannon) was born in 2016 and (along with my actual son) is my absolute baby. Since then I’ve created hundreds of buttercream and ganache based wedding cakes for lots of very happy couples! When you think of a wedding cake, you might envision short fat tiers of dense fruit cake and thick sickly icing (that everyone peels off anyway 😬) – but you won’t get ANY of that with me. I specialise in tall modern wedding cakes made up of deliciously moist (sorry for the m-word 🫢) sponges, lathered in buttercream and/or chocolate ganache. Or, if you’re swaying towards the rustic kind of vibe, semi-naked cakes are my bag! I just love how something can look so simple yet such a showstopper at the same time.
