I love being a wedding stationer because it allows me to bring couples’ love stories to life through beautiful, tangible designs.
There’s something magical about transforming their vision into elegant invitations, stunning signage, and delicate paper details that set the tone for their big day. Every project is unique, filled with creativity, personalisation, and heartfelt emotion. I love knowing I’ve played a small but meaningful role in my couples wedding journey.
WHAT IS THE MOST MEMORABLE WEDDING YOU HAVE EVER WORKED ON, & WHAT MADE IT SO SPECIAL?
Creating stationery for my friend’s wedding was an incredibly special experience. Our husbands played football together for years (which was how we met) and football continued to be a big part of their relationship.
Their order of services ended up being designed in the style of a football programme to reflect this!
I made all the stationery and signage and being able to contribute to their big day in such a personal and meaningful way made it even more rewarding. I loved designing pieces that perfectly reflected their style and love story, knowing that every detail would become a cherished part of their celebration. Seeing my work come to life on the day, surrounded by people I care about, was truly unforgettable. It was an honour to use my passion to add a beautiful touch to such an important moment in their lives.
IF YOU COULD BE A PART OF A CELEBRITY WEDDING, WHO WOULD IT BE & WHY?
I would absolutely want to be part of Zendaya and Tom Holland’s wedding (if and when it happens)!
Their effortlessly cool yet sophisticated style would make for an incredible stationery design opportunity.
Zendaya’s love for high fashion and timeless elegance, paired with Tom’s down-to-earth charm, could inspire a perfect mix of modern minimalism and subtle romantic details. Think sleek typography, luxe textures, and maybe a playful nod to their shared love of film and storytelling.
Their wedding would be an iconic blend of Hollywood glamour and heartfelt intimacy – an absolute dream to design for!
WHAT UNUSUAL OR UNIQUE REQUESTS HAVE YOU RECEIVED FROM COUPLES, AND HOW DID YOU MAKE THEM HAPPEN?
I’ve had the opportunity to create all kinds of unique paper-based pieces – including pizza boxes!
One of my personal favourite requests is when couples ask me to incorporate illustrations of their wedding venue in their stationery.
WHICH WEDDING TREND ARE YOU ABSOLUTELY LOVING RIGHT NOW, & WHY DO YOU THINK IT IS SO POPULAR?
Right now, I’m loving the mismatched and layered stationery trend!
Instead of a perfectly uniform suite, couples are mixing textures, sizes, and materials – think vellum overlays, handmade paper, deckled edges, and unique shapes.
This layered look feels effortlessly elegant and gives each piece a tactile, artistic feel. It’s a beautiful way to add personality and depth to wedding invitations while making them feel truly one-of-a-kind!
