SO, WHO AM I?
I’m Eilish the owner, designer, baker and everything else in between here at Peak Patisserie. Established in 2021, my business is my baby (along with my two collies!) and I love watching it grow and develop. Whilst my business may be young, I’ve been making delicious cakes since my teens, and I’m already achieving regional success - being named The Wedding Industry Awards Regional Finalist in 2023, as voted for by past couples.
Creating unique and modern designs, all my wedding cakes are made using fondant. Whilst some may not like fondant (I’m with you on the taste!), once cut, most slices only have a thin 1x1” piece on top. Fondant provides endless design options and amazing textures, meaning it’s a great choice to broaden your design opportunities. Not only that but it’s superior stability is a sure win for me. There’s no melting cakes here!
I’m passionate about wedding cakes and the service you receive leading up to your big day. Whilst design is the focal point, it’s important to me that my cakes taste as good as they look. Staying on trend is an important job, so out of peak season I spend my time developing my skills and learning new techniques, ready to create new and statement designs.

LAURA - 2022Eilish is lovely, she listened about our hopes for our day, taking time to create the most beautiful sketch to help us visualize our cake. The taster box was great to help us make our selection of flavours so we knew exactly what we were getting. We chose a chocolate, lemon and raspberry and classic victoria and it tasted as good as it looked, so much so we have none left from our wedding yesterday. We also opted for personalized biscuits as favours/name cards and again these blew our expectations out of the water, better than I imagined and again beautiful. Thank you so much.
EMMA - 2023Eilish was amazing, so easy to get hold off and quick to respond to any questions right up to the day. The cake it’s self was amazing, exactly what I has envisaged. The cake was delicious, so often wedding cakes are dry but even now a month later we are still getting told how good it was. We has a cherry bakewell layer which was my personal favourite, and a passion fruit layer. Both so delicious. We accompanying GF cup cakes for those with allergies. Every thing was perfect!!!
