WHO AM I?
Hey I’m Sarah, a wedding photographer based in Leicestershire. I travel almost anywhere for a good love story! I have been a wedding photographer full time now for nearly 5 years and it’s honestly one of my favourite things in the world. I am so passionate about capturing my couples wedding days and the emotion that unfolds during that. My style is what i would consider to be primarily documentary style aside from family group photos and your couples portraits. Other than that i let the day unfold as it happens without any interference! I primarily shoot weddings in Leicestershire, Warwickshire and Derbyshire however as i am a Northern girl at heart and regularly visit home in North Yorkshire so you will often see me shooting weddings there too 🙂 My mission is always for you to be relaxed and present on your wedding day, and I want to give my couples the gift of looking back at their photos and remembering how they felt in that moment a photo was taken.

Picking your wedding photographer is a big deal!
Not only do you need to love their style but you need to get on with them too, as you spend a lot of your day with them!! Not only is Sarah super talented, she is also the loveliest person! Thank you so much Sarah for our beautiful photos so far (and we’ve still got the rest to come -eek!).
When we were looking for our wedding photographer we were looking for a candid, chilled vibe from someone who would look after us who aren’t the biggest fans of having our photos taken, and Sarah fit the bill exactly.
From our first discussions and throughout, Sarah was so professional and responsive and easy to talk to about the ins and outs of everything which really put us at ease.
Come the wedding day and Sarah was a smiley, relaxed presence and, despite the terrible weather, came up with a plan to capture all the photos we wanted between downpours around beautiful York. It was honestly like going round with a friend and having a good old giggle at everything when we’re not the most natural posers! She really put us at ease and took out any panic to the wedding day.
We can’t wait to see the rest of our photos but the sneak peeks we have seen so far are just outstanding and we love them so much (we can’t stop looking at them)!
